- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across all stores and franchises.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, customer service, or retail operations preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs without assistance.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
