    Professional Lines Claims Manager

    In this role, you're not just managing claims; you're immersing yourself in the architectural world, tackling a variety of challenges that Ontario architects face.

    As our Professional Lines Claims Manager, you will lead and mentor a dedicated team of Claims Specialists and an Administrator, managing a portfolio of complex professional liability claims.

    Your role is pivotal in defending the integrity of the architectural profession, ensuring our policyholders receive robust defence and cost-effective solutions.


    Strategic Coverage Analysis:
    Dive deep into policy details to ascertain coverage and strategize defence


    • Investigative Acumen:
    Lead thorough investigations to gather critical information for claim resolution.
    Coordinate with a network of professionals to support effective claim resolution.
    Craft and implement strategies for negotiation and settlement, managing the entire claim lifecycle with finesse.
    You're empathetic, strategic, and driven—a leader who's ready to navigate the complexities of claims management.

    With over 10 years of experience in professional liability insurance claims and a knack for team leadership, you're poised for success.

    Plus, your strong educational background and technical savvy will be key assets in this role.
