Job Description General Building Maintenance Access Property Development is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our maintenance team.
As a team member with the largest Canadian owned self-storage operator with stores nationally, you will be responsible to support the upkeep of our properties to ensure an exceptional impression of our stores to our clients by cleaning and sanitizing buildings, general maintenance, as well as, maintaining exterior curb appeal.
The ideal candidate is an energetic and highly motivated individual who is detail oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.
