    Note:

    The following is a contracted position; the JRT agency is recruiting for this position on behalf of its client, Stellantis Canada.

    Job Description:

    The Training Support Specialist is responsible for developing, reviewing, and localizing training materials for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT and Alfa Romeo dealer service department personnel. Training curriculum may be delivered leveraging a wide range of blended learning options, including online Learning Management Systems (LMS), in-person presentations, and digital/printed takeaway materials.

    The position is also responsible for a variety of scheduling and reporting duties critical to the success of the training programs, as well as tracking the ultimate completion of required training by dealership personnel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate and implement Stellantis Performance Institute training programs for dealership service and parts personnel, as well as corporate staff.
    2. Work with translation vendors to create French versions for appropriate Canadian regions.
    3. Create and conduct a review of training material (English and French) for all fixed operations training.
    4. Gather or create assets for course development (images, reference guides, charts, graphs, etc.).
    5. Monitor dealership personnel training enrollment.
    6. Manage schedules of trainers needed for course delivery.
    7. Provide weekly and monthly reporting for National Manager, Regional Technical Training Managers.
    8. Create and distribute dealer communications (English and French, working with translation vendors).
    9. Maintain electronic department files and course resources.
    10. Respond to inquiries regarding training courses, certification, and course credit requests from corporate and dealer-students.
    11. Book trainers/venues for in-person training, arrange printing and delivery of course materials to venue, send invitations, and monitor enrollment.
    12. Manage overall training budget.

    Required Qualifications:

    College diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
    Highly competent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    Self-motivated and well-organized.
    Adept computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
    Team player with the ability to build and sustain credibility with dealer and internal teams.
    A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective collaborator.
    Must have the ability to work off standard hours as required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Familiarity with French language.
    2+ years' experience in automotive training or teaching.
