    À quoi ressemble le travail d'un analyste, Indemnisation, à Northbridge?

    Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique, qui a le souci du détail et qui en est fière, et pour qui l'expérience client passe avant tout. Le Service d'estimation des sinistres gère tous les examens d'estimation à l'échelle du pays. Nos estimateurs ont la responsabilité d'examiner des photos de véhicules afin de déterminer la valeur de ces derniers. Ils sont minutieux, analytiques et capables de faire des liens dans chaque dossier qu'ils gèrent.

    Comme vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe collaborative et très unie, vous aurez des occasions de coaching, de mentorat et de perfectionnement qui vous seront offertes par nos estimateurs les plus expérimentés afin de vous aider à développer encore davantage vos aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la résolution de problèmes.

    Vous excellez dans ce qui suit:

  • Enquêter sur des dommages matériels et les évaluer
  • Gérer efficacement un horaire de travail quotidien chargé
  • Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle

    • Vous possédez les qualifications suivantes :

  • Études postsecondaires dans un programme axé sur les assurances ou un programme connexe
  • Titre de PAA en voie d'obtention (un atout)
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en estimation
  • Expérience avec les outils Mitchell Workcentre, Mitchell Connect et Mitchell Ultramate
  • Solides compétences techniques dans l'utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement avec les réclamants, les courtiers et les fournisseurs
