    As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

    The Hatch Niagara Falls Shared Services group is currently seeking a full-time person to assist with all aspects of our daily operation.

    As the Receptionist you will:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Coordinate access cards and parking
  • Visitor sign in and H&S orientation
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Order, setup and cleanup lunches for meetings and staff functions
  • Order flowers and gift baskets when needed
  • Monitor incoming faxes
  • Receiving, sorting and delivery of mail
  • Prepare packages for courier using computer-based waybills
  • Post outgoing mail
  • Operate Ricoh copiers
  • Assemble documents, spiral bind, three-hole drill etc.
  • Prepare and Scan archived original drawings and documents
  • Other duties as required
  • What you bring:

  • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel
  • Ability to handle repetition, respect and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to lift up to 35lbs
