    Description

    As the Product Manager, eCommerce Technology, you will be responsible for owning the complete product lifecycle of a technology product, that supports the eCommerce business teams in delivering a best-in-class experience for our guests at scale.

    You lead through influence of a cross-functional agile product squad to create and execute the 12–18 month roadmap.

    and oversee budget and resource allocation, You will be responsible for a product's lifecycle from cradle to grave working closely with business stakeholders, development teams and/or vendors.

    If you were the Product Manager, Technology now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    Responsible for the complete product lifecycle, including implementation, maintenance, and end-of-life. Planning version management, continuous improvement, including security management, version & patch management, and production support

    Lead the cross functional product squad team of engineers, business analysts and quality assurance in the execution of the roadmap and vision ensuring tracking and timely delivery of milestones and alignment with business goals and objectives.

    Collaborate efficiently and effectively by building strong relationships with several cross-functional teams within the overall technology department and across the business.

    Responsible for vendor relationships that support your technology products ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations. and support the RFP process/procurement initiatives with the Senior Product Manager.

    Responsible for regular and comprehensive product status reporting of the product and communication plan to all product stakeholders and senior leaders.

    Ensure risk and issue management by maintaining a RAID log and adopting an effective mitigation strategy. Escalating these in a timely manner and proposing recommendations to portfolio steerco for decision making.
    Delivering new online experiences for our guests on our eCommerce channels.

    Utilizing your experience and expertise to contribute specialized process improvement initiatives in the product management guild within the e-commerce team.

    Are you our next Product Manager, Technology?
    You have a Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business or a related field
    You have 3+ years of experience as a Project or Product Manager/Owner
    You have demonstrated success working in an agile methodology
    You have a Scrum certification (CSM, CSPO, etc.)
    You are familiar with web-development
    You have experience coaching and mentoring in an agile development environment
    You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

    104,000 - $130,000 a year A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$104,000 - CAD$130,000 at the time of this posting.

    Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
