    We are looking for a Senior Director of CRM & Sportsbook Promotions to join our rapidly growing marketing team.

    As the Senior Director of CRM and Sportsbook Promotions, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of our sportsbook offerings while also leading initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sports CRM & promotional strategy leveraging data analytics and customer insight to fuel business growth and increase customer loyalty and retention covering all aspects of customer lifecycles.

    Create and build a structure for on-going testing and learning as well as creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the promo function, ensuring integration with CRM operation, technology, data, and customer support functions.

    7+ years experience in a director of strategy/leadership role within online sports betting
    ~ Experience establishing and monitoring KPI's
    ~ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
