    Managing files from opening to closingDrafting and reviewing documents related to transactions and closingCollecting and summarizing deal informationConducting and reviewing title and off-title searchesCommunicating and interacting with clients with professionalismMaintaining and strengthening client relationshipsPreparing correspondence and requisition lettersAssisting the real estate team with supporting clientsYou will also come with:Minimum 5+ years of experience as a law clerk in real estateProficient in Ontario residential closingsExtensive experience with representing private lendersStrong, professional-level communication skills, written and verbalAble to organize time effectively and prioritize tasksKnowledge of real estate software such as Teraview and UnityStrong technical skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Ariella Permaul.
