Job Description:


  • Adjust and translate sales and product information to local market specifics and behavior if required
  • Advice sales management on local price positioning
  • Organize / execute Training for Sales Team
  • Support workshops and trainings for key customers
  • Support local exhibition (Customer events, technical fairs) and trade shows
  • Promotor for Sales Increasing Actions (SIA) and sales campaigns
  • Drive crossBusiness Unit product exchange in the direction of solutions/systems and automation platforms
  • Inform sales about argumentation towards customers for supporting Phase-Out/Phase-In incl. enable rampup curve
  • Input on local specific assortment / lead time requirements to support assortment management
  • Drive launch of new products in the Sales Unit
  • Collect local market needs and requirements
  • Collect customer feedback about existing products
  • Conduct local market and competitor analysis
  • Observe future developments and trends in market (customer, competitor, technology, etc.)

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical and/or Electronics)
  • Up to 5 years experience with automation products in a sales, marketing, engineering, or product management role
  • Capable in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to analyze data and use results to formulate actionable plans
  • Travel up to 30% required
  • Expertise in large power electric drives
  • Knowledge of Rexroth electric automation product
  • Public speaking experience and strong presentation skills
