    The office of the President of Motorola Solutions Canada Inc. which oversees all the business units in Canada, and the office of the Vice-President of Government Markets which has the responsibility of leading the direct sales and sales support teams across Canada.


    Job Description

    Provide operational support to the President and Country Manager of Motorola Solutions Canada Inc., and Vice President, Government Markets Canada.

    Provide operational support to the Government Markets Division Area Sales Managers. In this role, 80% of your time will be focused on sales operations support and 20% of your time will be focused on executive administration support.

    Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations

    Input, update and maintain direct order forecasts for all Canada regions on a monthly basis.

    Input, update and maintain Canada sales territory files and history at the region level.

    Execute Salesforce and Tableau reports and charts for operations reviews and pipeline reviews as needed by the Sales Management team.

    Manage, lead and coordinate LinkedIn social media messaging and content of the President's account aligning with business goals.

    Prepare Executive reports, correspondence and presentations.

    Input, update and maintain Canada information in databases and spreadsheets used by the Canada direct sales teams and sales support staff.

    Manage and coordinate Employee Canada Town Hall sessions quarterly.

    Monitor, update and maintain the internal division website.

    Coordinate customer visits and travel arrangements of the President.

    Provide coordination and advanced operational support to the President. Maintain confidentiality of business activities and issues.

    Execute special projects as required by the President. Maintain familiarity with Canadian operations and current business activities.

    Manage all scheduling, travel, meeting and event planning.

    Manage the calendar and email of the President.

    Manage the travel arrangements and expense reports of the President.

    Ensure a cordial and welcoming environment for employees and customers contacting the office of the President.

    Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and customer inquiries.

    Coordinate the proper signing of foreign documents for various legal entities

    Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Advanced knowledge of formulas in excel/google sheets

    Proficient computer skills with full competence in MS Office and/or Google Sheets, Docs, Slides and Mail. Proficient in the Salesforce software tool with the ability to write output reports of useful sales data as needed by the President.

    Social media business communication expertise.

    Well organized, detail oriented, highly skilled professional to assist the President. Requires initiative and independent judgment.

    Manage multiple priorities with the ability to prioritize and produce high quality work independently under general direction.

    Ability to problem solve and make decisions.

    Mature, professional, positive disposition, requiring use of tact, discretion, and judgment.

    Fast paced environment.

    College diploma and/or University degree in a related field.

    French bilingual skills is an important asset
