    Job Description

    Our client is a leading Main MEP Contractor working on projects in Ireland and across mainland Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a leading contractor.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Play a pivotal role in project development and implementation by reporting to the Projects Manager on all aspects of daily site operations.
    2. Work closely with the Planning Manager, Project Manager, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver cutting-edge projects.
    3. Ensure strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards on site.
    4. Manage daily operations, supervise direct labor resources, oversee safe execution of works and materials allocations.
    5. Coordinate sub-contractors, conduct post-construction surveys, and compile accurate information for As-Built records.
    6. Carry out company compliance and administration procedures, record performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
    7. Ensure works are carried out to high standards while complying with regulations, Health and Safety, and environmental standards.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years' experience in a site lead role in Pharma/Life Science sector with a focus on Safety and Quality.
    • Minimum Level 6 of the QQI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent.
    • Completion of the Electrical Verification & Certification course with a Qualified Certifier (QC) number is advantageous.
    • Demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge with practical application.
    • High degree of computer literacy.
