    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for Life Insurance.

    As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our life insurance products to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.


    Responsibilities:

    • Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance options.
    • Educate clients on the benefits and features of different life insurance policies.
    • Provide personalized recommendations and advice to help clients make informed decisions.
    • Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining the coverage, terms, and conditions.
    • Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions and follow-ups.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
    • Knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
    • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance concepts in a simple and clear manner.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
