- Present and report accurate and timely company financial information and reports. Reports include but are not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, tax law and reporting requirements.
- Communicate with investors and steak holders, including presenting financial reports/data/analytics to groups.
- Monitor the banking activities of the organization.
- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
- Allocate company funds appropriately to ensure each company unit can function and thrive at an optimal pace.
- Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support and guide company decision making.
- Support the finance department in preparing reports, as needed.
- Provide input and guidance in decision making from a finance and resources perspective.
- Establish financial controls to maintain maximum productivity in addition to protecting company assets.
- Create policies and procedures that allow the financial department to operate in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate with CEO and Board of Directors to support the overall vision and strategy.
- As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will support and guide decision making, offer insights and financial perspectives to the growth and ongoing success of the organization.
- Manage and lead members of the finance team.
- Participate in and attend both leadership team meetings and Board Meetings.
- Participate in developing new business and assist the CEO in drafting of prospective program budgets and determine the cost-effectiveness of future service delivery.
- Lead negotiations for mergers, acquisitions, and the establishment of new divisions within the company.
- Support legal documentation preparation.
- Support the expansion into new countries through tax, payroll programing, and finance perspective.
- Work closely with legal, human resources, and other external partners.
- Hold a CPA Designation or affiliate education for a university/college.
- 10 years of experience in accounting management roles such as controller or CFO.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position requires an analytical thinker with exceptional accounting and finance skills, as well as the ability to see the big picture and drive an organization forward.
The CFO for Bushel Plus Ltd. plays an integral part in the financial affairs of the organization and is responsible for managing, presenting, and reporting accurate and timely company financial information. The CFO is an important member of the Executive Leadership Team and plays a large role in supporting company growth and advancement.
The CFO reports directly to the CEO.
Successful applicants will hold a CPA designation and have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a high-level finance role.
