Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Talent Acquisition Team within our

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process with the Hiring Managers for various levels of positions.
- Research and source talent via resume databases, direct sourcing, networking sites, social media, user groups, and partnership with various organizations.
- Partner with key stakeholders to find top talent in our stores, distribution centres, and corporate home office.
- Be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals, recruitment targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Utilize assessment tools and use the data to provide objective hiring decisions.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including targeted search strategy.
- Ensure recruitment activity is actively updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reporting on hiring metrics, trends, successes, and challenges.
- Develop strong partnerships and relationships with the Hiring Managers across the organization.
- Postsecondary education and 2 years' experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer or equivalent combination of education plus experience.
- CIR, CSSR and ACIR designations an asset.
- Technology and social media savvy; Creative sourcing expertise including resume databases, internet, social media, networking sites and user groups.
- Excellent research skills.
- Highly persistent with the ability to meet deadlines and produce results.
- Service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Travel may be required.
