    Job Purpose

    Job Description

    • Creates and reviews designs, drawings, DBI's, specifications, etc. to ensure compliance with standards and performance criteria.
    • Utilizes CAD/CAM and database systems for layouts, design analysis, and new equipment development.
    • Prepares documentation such as ECN, DBI, engineering specs, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
    • Conducts analysis, makes recommendations, and collaborates with other departments on designs and issues.
    • Evaluates prototypes, prepares test reports, and assists in project planning and budgeting.
    • Participates in product standardization, manages deliverables, and stays updated on industry technology.
    • Conducts customer interactions, makes presentations, and fosters positive feedback.
    • Develops relationships with customers and demonstrates a solid understanding of project policies.
    • Operates independently within the organization and exercises judgment in problem-solving.

    You are meant for this job if:

    • BS Degree in Engineering, Mechanical preferred.
    • Two+ years of relevant experience or MS degree in Engineering.
    • Working knowledge of process technologies, product lines, and CAD systems.
    • Able to meet deadlines, work in teams, and communicate effectively.
    • Demonstrates capability for conceptualizing designs and presenting ideas clearly.
