    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Event Services Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating events and activities for our clients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders
    • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and other services
    • Manage event budgets and ensure that all costs are within budget
    • Monitor event progress and ensure that deadlines are met
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
    • Ensure that all event activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
    • Provide on-site support during events
    • Prepare event reports and analyze event data

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of event planning software and other related technologies
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
