    Description
    Company Description Branch MacMaster LLP is a law firm with offices in Vancouver, British Columbia and Toronto, Ontario.

    The firm specializes in class actions, health law, and insurance and has a successful track record at the trial and appeal level including at the Supreme Court of Canada.

    The lawyers at Branch MacMaster LLP are licensed to practice across Canada including in British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Administrative Assistant located in Vancouver, BC, with some remote work flexibility.

    The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, and administrative assistance. The role will require organization skills to support lawyers in the office and remotely.

    Legal knowledge and understanding of legal terminology
    Experience with legal document preparation and filing
    Administrative assistance skills, including scheduling and billing
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
    Experience with class actions, health law, and/or insurance is a plus
    Knowledge of the BC Supreme Court Civil Rules and ability to interpret Rules and Acts.
    Experience with ProLaw an asset.
    Legal Administration Certificate required
