    Come join usExecutive Aviation is hiring a full-time Ramp Coordinatorat the St. John's International Airport(YYT) .This role reports directly to an amazing Station Manager who is there to support you.

    Responsibilities
    Leading and developing the local training program
    Maintaining documentation and records including air carrier trainer matrixes
    Scheduling and facilitating course material to meet initial and recurrent requirements
    Represent EA in carrier train the trainer programs
    Providing hands on job shadowing instruction
    Providing instruction and coaching employees on best practices
    Providing equipment demonstration and instruction
    Qualifications
    Training experience
    Demonstrated ability to lead by example by creating a positive learning and working environment
    Must have RAIC, AVOP and a driver's license with a clear driver abstract
    Ability to travel, with reimbursement
    Ability to work all shifts (nights, weekends etc.)
    Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Flexible and patient characteristics
    Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

    This position requires you to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC), which involves a full background check, would you pass this background check?* Yes No We do our best to accommodate everyone's availability, however our schedule is determined by the airline's flight schedule.

    In St. John's, our operation is 24/7/365, with split shifts, early mornings, days, nights and weekend flights. Knowing this, would you have open or full flexibility during our hours of operation noted above?* Yes No
