As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Independently lead/manage the valuation process for assigned region/sector(s), including collecting and determining key valuation inputs and presenting the results to regional/sector leaders;
Establish/maintain relationships with senior management and external appraisal firms;
Lead meetings with external advisors, conduct market research, and interpret macro-market trends;
Create, update, and review valuation models primarily using ARGUS Enterprise;
Once per year, participate in the creation of valuation models to reflect the new operating budgets for each property, review and collate all new NOI and values for the portfolio;
Once per quarter, input all necessary updates for valuation models, including leasing and market assumptions as required;
Conduct analysis in support of Oxford's Asset Management team for the impact on property values for various leasing and capital investment decisions;
Liaise with accountants, asset managers, leasing and property management groups in information collection for periodic valuation updates; and
Maintain database on valuation assumptions and trends in various markets across Canada, the US, Europe, and Asia.


To succeed in this role, you have:
Relevant undergraduate or advanced degree, including Commerce, Finance, Real Estate or Urban Planning;
A minimum of 5 years of relevant full-time work experience with a real estate, appraisal, asset management, or professional advisory firm;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) is required;
Completed or working towards AACI, CFA or CBV designation is desirable;
Knowledge and experience with ARGUS Enterprise;
Knowledge and experience with data visualization or business intelligence software is considered an asset;
Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail;
Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and project management skills;
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple competing deadlines;
Work effectively in a team environment and independently as required; and
Valid Passport for International travel as needed
