The Role

The Sales Administrative Assistant will primarily support our Sales team with planning and implementing a sales and market strategy, developing new business relationships and preparing sales reports.

You will also inform customers about new products, assist our customers with pricing adjustments and location of products in our store.

Your Impact

Support the Sales and Marketing team as necessary at any phase of sales plus marketing efforts.
Prepare spreadsheets presenting new items and discontinuing existing items.
Update pricing spreadsheets.
Partner with other departments to confirm pricing information. Handle and updates pricing contracts.
Prepare monthly promotion spreadsheets and seasonal promotions.
Prepare and update new product templates for order guides.
Mail new product samples to customers.
Handle all customers' bookings and processes.
Other Duties as assigned in adherence to the JVF GMP policies.

About You

You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (sales administration, data entry, customer service)
Genuine passion for continuous learning and development. You are eager to meet challenges and find solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
