    Description

    The Marketing Project Manager plays a crucial role in leading and managing intricate marketing projects and campaigns that are essential for Empire's strategic goals. You'll be in charge of orchestrating marketing projects, focusing on planning, execution, and successful delivery across various channels, collaborating with internal resources, cross-functional teams, and external agency partners.

    This position is based at the Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON.

    Role Requirements:

    • Post-secondary education in a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management; previous exposure to a marketing agency environment is advantageous
    • Having a Project Management certification is a plus

    Desirable Skills:

    • Proficiency with Asana
    • Previous experience in Brand Management, 360 Campaign Management, or Account Management

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Project Coordination and Execution:
      • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, establishing clear objectives, requirements, and scope throughout the project lifecycle
    • Request Intake and Triage:
      • Effectively evaluate incoming marketing requests and assign tasks to team members using project management platforms
    • Effective Communication:
      • Keep stakeholders updated, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates while navigating the corporate environment tactfully
    • Marketing and Tech:
      • Comprehend the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion, managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, web development, execution, and digital advertising complexities
