    You'll join our Analytics & Decision Science team reporting to the Senior Director, Data and Reporting.

    As the Director, Frontline, Insurance and Business Banking, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of reporting solutions in support of the strategic and tactical priorities of Personal and Business Banking (PBB).

    Using combined business, technical, and data focused background, you will utilize a team of experts to transform numbers and data into meaningful insights via reports (PowerBI, databricks, SAS EG), dashboards (Tableau), and self-serve analytical tools (Thoughtspot).

    You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

    Develop – Implement new and innovative ways of evaluating performance so our key business partners can better identify drivers of efficiency, profitability, and performance.

    Optimize – Streamline existing performance reporting solutions and processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce "time to delivery".

    Balance – Promote a balance between self-serve data and analytics against standardized reporting across products within a reliable and fully accessible reporting portal.

    Organize – Partner with technology groups to effectively structure and organize our master data so that it can be utilized effectively.

    In data analytics and/or data science.
    Personal & Business Banking (PBB) line of business experience in the banking sector. Proficiency with SAS, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL. 1+ years of p eople leadership experience leading and managing a team.
    Understanding and working knowledge of product and systems such as business banking, insurance, and banking front-line systems.
