Being expanding our practice's success, we are searching for talented and enthusiastic candidates to join our Advisory team as a Consultant or a Senior Consultant.

What the Role Involves

Determining and analyzing clients' supply chain management and procurement needs
Assisting in implementing solutions to drive technology-enabled transformations
Collaborating with key stakeholders, partners, and customers across various areas
Customizing solutions to meet client requirements
Supporting technical activities like data conversions and security measures
Working with agile and waterfall delivery approaches
Collaborating with international teams, both as part of a group and individually
Owning accountability for client deliverables, supporting the team, and adding value to clients
Cultivating positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Working closely with various professionals to monitor project scope, resource planning, and success criteria for Oracle implementations

Qualifications for the Role

Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields
Prior experience in team environments, Oracle SCM and Procurement roles
Strong grasp of SCM and Procurement processes specific to Oracle
Proven track record in project delivery
Ability to collaborate effectively with different professionals to meet project objectives
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on Oracle technologies
Proactive problem-solving abilities in resolving SCM-related issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English, with French proficiency as an asset
