Join us as a Senior Consultant focusing on Management Consulting within the Enterprise Solutions, Oracle practice.

    What you will do
    • Have prior experience in data conversion for Oracle Cloud ERP.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor by offering guidance on best practices for data conversion.
    • Utilize various tools to extract, transform, and load data into Oracle Cloud.
    • Communicate effectively during client workshops, understanding their business and technology needs to gather, assess, and document requirements.
    • Identify gaps between client requirements and system capabilities, and propose technology solutions for data conversion along with suitable workarounds.
    • Plan and execute business-driven, technology-facilitated transformations that enhance Financial (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
    • Implement configurations and perform technical tasks related to data conversions, integrations, security maintenance, and more.
    What you bring to the role
    • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields is usually a prerequisite for positions in Oracle Cloud Technical Development and Conversion. Additional degrees or certifications in Oracle technologies are beneficial.
    • Previous experience working in a team setting, particularly in roles involving Oracle Cloud Data Conversion administration, configuration, or technical support, is highly valued. This includes proficiency across all streams in Oracle Cloud.
    • 1-2 years of experience in Oracle ERP with a focus on Financials (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
    • Familiarity with best practices for cloud data conversion loads.
    • Experience using Oracle data loaders for Finance and Human Resources.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes and meeting project goals.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business analysts, developers, and project managers to grasp requirements and provide data conversion solutions aligned with project objectives.
    • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure.
    • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
    • Team player with conflict management abilities.
    • Commitment to ongoing learning - staying abreast of Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues, discrepancies, and errors during conversion processes.
    • Dedication to maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts, engage with stakeholders, and provide updates.
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory (knowledge of French is advantageous).
