    Building on our successful track record, we are looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our Advisory team as a Senior Consultant in our Management Consulting, Enterprise Solutions, Oracle practice.

    What you will do
    • Prior background in Oracle Cloud ERP integrations.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor offering guidance on Oracle Integration best practices.
    • Utilize various tools to integrate with Oracle Cloud.
    • Ensure clear communication in client workshops; grasp their business and technology to gather, assess, and document requirements.
    • Identify gaps between client functional needs and system capabilities to suggest technology solutions for integrations and suitable workarounds.
    • Design and execute business-driven, technology-driven transformations focusing on Financial (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
    • Create and implement configurations, as well as engage in technical tasks related to data conversions, integrations, and security maintenance.
    What you bring to the role
    • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required for positions involving Oracle Cloud Technical Development and Integrations. Advanced degrees or certifications in Oracle technologies are beneficial.
    • Previous experience in team environments, Oracle Cloud Data Conversion administration, configuration, or technical support roles is highly valued. Proficiency with all Oracle Cloud modules is essential.
    • 1-2 years of Oracle ERP experience concentrated on Financials (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
    • Previous experience in technical development, administration, configuration, or technical support roles is advantageous. Proficiency with Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Infrastructure, and Oracle Integration Cloud is key.
    • Previous exposure to best practices in cloud integration.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes and achieving project goals.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business analysts, developers, and project managers to comprehend requirements and provide data conversion solutions aligned with project objectives.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic setting with evolving project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
    • Strong team player capable of managing conflicts.
    • Dedication to continuous learning - staying abreast of Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of data.
    • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, to explain technical concepts, engage with stakeholders, and provide updates.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory (Knowledge of French is advantageous).
