- Serve as a central point of contact for internationally-trained individuals seeking information, guidance, and support to become registered to work in Saskatchewan.
- Provide personalized assistance to support individuals in navigating through the complexities of credential recognition to support them in becoming registered to work in Saskatchewan.
- Respond to inquiries internally and from the public regarding foreign qualification recognition and licensure processes.
- Liaising between government ministries, regulatory bodies, assessment agencies, post-secondary institutions, etc. to gather and disseminate information,
- Collect data and information on labour mobility trends, registration practices, and licensure barriers to prepare reports and provide recommendations.
- Clear, concise communication, both verbally and in writing, to both internal and external clients.
- A proactive problem-solver, who can identify innovative solutions to resolve complex issues.
- A self-driven, proactive individual that is able to work independently to plan and organize a large volume of work to ensure deadlines, goals and objectives are met.
- Knowledge of key stakeholders, regulated occupations, licensure processes, foreign qualification assessment and bridging programs.

The Opportunity
The Strategic Policy and Planning Branch is seeking a proactive, dedicated, and supportive professional for the position of Navigator in the Labour Mobility and Fair Registration Practices Office. Working in a complex environment that requires technical knowledge, problem-solving and communication skills, you will provide advice and support to internationally-trained individuals that are looking to become registered to work in Saskatchewan.
