Role: Relationship Specialist-HR

Location: Moncton or Fredericton

Modality: Hybrid

Type: Permanent Position

Our partner, a fast-growing transportation company in Canada, is looking for an HR professional who is seeking a new and stimulating challenge. You will be working with employees and partners to support operational growth.

Responsibilities

What you would be doing as a Relationship Specialist:

Work with different business partners and operations management to resolve concerns and complaints, promote a constructive and cooperative approach to problem-solving, investigate complaints.
Collaborate with teams on initiatives that offer high-quality services with a focus on value, revenue generation, and customer focus for partners.
Ensure that all activities carried out comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Responsible for communication with our partners to keep them informed of our products, services, training, etc.
Accompany the various stakeholders towards partnership and collaborative management to equip them adequately to fulfill their roles and responsibilities vis-à-vis our business partners.
Participate in daily operations in our various stations in your region.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Work experience in human resources
Labor relations experience is also an asset
Experience in conflict resolution and mediation is a strong asset
