    Description

    Summary

    The Marketing and Sales Administrator's responsibilities include coordinating lead distribution, (RFP) request for proposal analysis, government bond tracking, customer experience and related tasks to support local marketing and sales team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing.

    Responsibilities

    Lead Management and Distribution to Sales

  • Identify and review potential leads and assign to Sales team
  • Website
  • Database (CMD)
  • Google Alerts
  • Requests for proposal
  • Government bond tracking

    • Internal Event Planning

  • Plan and coordinate internal meeting, webinars, summits.

    • Sales Support

  • Receive and process sample and brochure requests for the Sales team
  • Prepare project reference lists, product/company comparisons and diverse sales materials

    • Customer Experience

  • Produce NPS reports (Delighted)
  • Conduct customer interviews

    • Marketing Team Support

  • Support local marketing team

    • Qualifications

  • DEC or Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Salesforce or similar preferred.
  • MS Office experience- Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Able to keep up in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize.
  • Diligent & attention to detail.
  • Moderate/Strong written abilities (English).
  • Requires little supervision or monitoring.
  • Capable of working in a team environment.
