    Description

    Temporary Full Time Position until December 2025

    • Work Arrangement: 2 days onsite/3 days remote
    • Location: Mississauga Site

    The Manager, Integration & Quality Improvement role is crucial at ErinoakKids. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, you will provide project management leadership and support across the organization.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Define and document best practices for projects
    • Coach and mentor project leads
    • Analyze project information and provide recommendations
    • Monitor project progress and identify improvement areas
    • Facilitate project integration across teams
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Contribute to a culture of quality improvement

    Requirements:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
    • Minimum 5 years of project implementation experience
    • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
    • Leadership experience or subject matter expertise
    • Strong presentation, communication, and technical skills
    • Proficiency in MS 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
