    Description

    Elastify is looking for a Senior HCM Business Analyst for a hybrid 6 month contract with a client in downtown Toronto.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA On Premise HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday,PeopleSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment – would be an asset.

    Position Purpose :

    • The Senior HRIS Business Analyst (BA) will conduct functional reviews with stakeholders, gather requirements, and document business and IT requirements related to a common and institution-wide end-to-end process and IT solution
    • The BA assesses and analyzes business needs to resolve issues and contributes to the successful selection of a solution by assessing and identifying risks and developing recommendations.
    • The BA will present recommended short and long-term business solutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder needs as well as promoting an institution-wide approach, reducing manual processes, and driving a positive impact to data security, accuracy, and consistency.
    • This position requires a blend of HR and IT expertise, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to ensure the successful execution of this engagement that is tailored to the university's unique needs.
