    Business Analyst (Hybrid)
    • Contract Duration: 1 year (Possibility of Extension)

    Summary of Responsibilities:
    • Dealing with external vendors, facilitating onboarding and access requests for class sizes of up to 30 people
    • Provisioning technology – access to real estate locations in the building, laptops

    Job Description:
    • The Business Analyst provides support and delivery of requirements and work packages on low-complexity projects/initiatives in alignment with business strategies
    • May also support the team with project/program delivery

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Customer:
      • Acknowledge the importance of customers, anticipate and meet their evolving needs, while providing Legendary Customer Service
      • Lead a diverse range of stakeholders and adapt communication effectively to different audiences
      • Analyze impacts on customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions to achieve business results
      • Understand and clarify work packages of each assigned initiative/project inclusive of constraints and maintain a customer-centric approach
      • Provide recommendations and direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions
      • Lead and own project deliverables related to business requirements to meet the needs of customers, employees, and the business
      • Engage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage required project outcomes
      • Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders to ensure awareness of significant changes impacting requirements delivery
      • Shareholder - Business Operations:
        • Focus on constantly improving processes and operational efficiency by collaborating with internal and external partners
        • Lead requirements management based on project complexity, size, and budget
        • Identify scope changes and analyze impacts on project benefits and risks
        • Facilitate and follow a structured approach to manage business requirements with stakeholders
        • Establish full requirements traceability and prioritize requirements to ensure business needs are met
        • Collaborate with technology partners and support the development of system requirements and design
        • Shareholder - Financial:
          • Committed to financial responsibility and operating businesses with excellence
          • Own the delivery of high-level requirements for successful cost estimation and manage requirements changes
          • Identify risks or issues with technology solutions that may impact project benefits
          • Ensure accuracy of business requirements documentation to reduce/manage costs
          • Critique and analyze requirement change requests to challenge impact on the original business need
          • Deliver detailed level requirements to support downstream estimates and delivery of business case

    Required Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with sound knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices
    • Some understanding of business process management techniques and principles

    Required Education/Experience:
    • Undergraduate degree
    • 3-5 years of related business analysis experience

    Must Haves:
    • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in multitasking and organization
    • Access provisioning and onboarding experience
    • 2 years of Business Analyst experience

    Nice to Have:
    • Banking experience
    • Knowledge in AML processes and procedures
