    About Us:

    With the launch of a new Jeep vehicle at our Brampton facility in 2026, we are seeking a dynamic Launch Specialist to ensure the efficient and successful adaptation of our plant to accommodate the new production lines.


    Project Details:

    The Launch Specialist role combines the expertise of an Industrial Engineer and a Project Manager to oversee the preparation of the production line for the launch of the new vehicle.

    This individual will lead a team responsible for ensuring that the line is ready for both pilot and mass production, coordinating with various teams and suppliers to achieve this goal.


    Day-to-Day Tasks:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product design and manufacturing processesEnsure optimal utilization of space and resources at each station on the production lineDefine operations sequence and cycle time for each workstationAssign tasks to team members and oversee their executionMaintain or improve cycle time efficiency at each stationWork with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the readiness and safety of the production line


    Must-Haves:

    Skills/Technologies Mandatory:
    Proficiency in Chassis product and process knowledgePMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience in automotive manufacturing industryFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles


    Soft Skills:
    Strong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstancesEnthusiastic and results-oriented mindset
