    Position: Financial Controller

    • Minimum 7 years of experience.
    • Location: Windsor, ON

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing financial strategies for Tandem Engineering Group.
    • Advising divisional presidents on financial plans and economic modeling.
    • Overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities.

    Requirements:

    • University Degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
    • 7-10 years of senior-level finance or accounting experience.
    • CPA designation preferred.
    • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and more.

    Necessary Requirements for Applicants:

    • Hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
    • Must be able to obtain a work permit in the United States.
    • Be willing and able to travel for customer support.
