    Corporate/Commercial Legal Assistant (Intermediate)
    Duncan Craig is a mid-market, full-service law firm based in downtown Edmonton.

    2024 marks our 130th anniversary as a law firm dedicated to providing a full range of legal services to businesses, entrepreneurs, institutions, and individuals in Alberta.

    We have an exciting full-time opportunity in our corporate/commercial department for a highly skilled and enthusiastic legal assistant.

    The right candidate will have at least 3 years of corporate/commercial experience, be exceptionally organized, be able to manage multiple priorities for a busy partner, and be a great team player.

    Commercial contracts, lease agreements, share purchase agreements, loan documents, and various other complex legal documents requiring great attention to detail
    Preparing accounts, posting time, and receiving payments
    conveyancing paralegal

    Flexible approach to assisting a legal practice and shifting priorities to meet needs

    Full time position (Flexible start times/7 hour work day)
