    ~ WorkJam is a high growth global organisation with operations in North America, Europe, and Australia with our head office based in Montreal. Your role as a Project Control Officer (PCO):
    In this context, the job holder acts as a bridge between the program team that is currently focused solely on development projects and the services team. The Project Control Officer (PCO) is responsible to adjust processes, put in place the right tool set and collaborate with the team on the change journey to enable the efficient tracking the professional services projects delivery by the program team. Such tracking includes, but is not exclusive to budgeting, planning, progress reporting, forecasting and capacity management. Enabling easy access to progress data will be key to track the performance of the team and initiate continuous improvement. Review and adjust project planning tools and reporting to enable global visibility on progress and raid log.
    Review and adjust capacity planning processes and tools for services team, and eventually help the program team optimise their current Excel tool.
    Assess and build upon existing reports and dashboards that enable data driven decision making and continuous improvement of professional services operation efficiency (billable time, profit margins, ...)
    Contribute to project management and change management of specific initiatives.
    Develop operations management dashboards to allow easy monthly Professional services KPI and KR tracking.
    Collaborate with Finance to provide billing information and forecast financial management cycle.
    Bachelor's degree in a business-related curriculum or equivalent.
    ~3-5 years experience as Project Control Officer (PCO).
    ~ Actively participated in building a PMO structure from the ground up.
    ~ Ability to structure and organize data and activities.
    ~ Ability to work with a broad range of people including executive management.
    ~ Bilingual – French and English.
    ~ Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel.
    ~ Experience using Smartsheet, Salesforce and Open Air is an asset.

Votre rôle en tant que contrôleur de projet :
    Dans ce contexte, le titulaire du poste fait office de pont entre l'équipe du programme qui se concentre actuellement uniquement sur les projets de développement et l'équipe des services. Le contrôleur de projet est chargé d'ajuster les processus, de mettre en place l'ensemble d'outils adéquats et de collaborer avec l'équipe sur le chemin du changement afin de permettre un suivi efficace des projets de services professionnels fournis par l'équipe de programme. Ce suivi comprend, sans s'y limiter, la budgétisation, la planification, les rapports d'avancement, les prévisions et la gestion des capacités. La facilité d'accès aux données de progrès sera essentielle pour suivre les performances de l'équipe et initier une amélioration continue. Examiner et ajuster les outils de planification de projet et les rapports afin de permettre une visibilité globale sur les progrès et le journal des raids.
    Examiner et ajuster les processus et les outils de planification de la capacité pour l'équipe des services, et éventuellement aider l'équipe du programme à optimiser son outil Excel actuel.
    Évaluer et développer les rapports et tableaux de bord existants qui permettent une prise de décision basée sur les données et une amélioration continue de l'efficacité des opérations de services professionnels (temps facturable, marges bénéficiaires, ...).
    Contribuer à la gestion de projets et à la gestion du changement dans le cadre d'initiatives spécifiques.
    Développer des tableaux de bord pour la gestion des opérations afin de faciliter le suivi mensuel des KPI et KR des services professionnels.
    Collaborer avec les services financiers pour fournir des informations sur la facturation et prévoir le cycle de gestion financière.
    3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que contrôleur de projet.
    ~ Participation active à la mise en place d'une structure PMO à partir de la base.
    ~ Capacité à structurer et à organiser les données et les activités.
    ~ Bilingue - français et anglais.
    ~ Maîtrise d'Excel à un niveau intermédiaire ou avancé.
    ~ Une expérience dans l'utilisation de Smartsheet, Salesforce et Open Air est un atout.
