    We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of aviation and shaping the future of transportation. This role will involve working on a diverse range of projects, from autonomy algorithm development to operator training.

    Lead the design and development of advanced simulations for diverse applications, including single- and multi-agent scenarios, early requirements validation, embedded software development, and operator training.

    Develop, validate, and deploy advanced simulation capabilities related to aircraft and ground segment avionics.
    Work with agile teams to manage the development backlog and ensure the needs of internal groups/IPTs are met.
    Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
    Minimum 5 years of experience working with and integrating aircraft avionics in a real-time simulation environment.
    Proficiency in setting up and working with HIL/SIL simulations and test environments.
    Familiarity with aircraft systems, aircraft dynamics, and aircraft operations.
    Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
    Strong software architecture design and development skills.
    Creative approach to problem-solving.
    Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, C#, or Java.
    Prior experience with the design, development, test, and certification of Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs).
    Prior experience with ARINC 615, ARINC 610, MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, or CAN Bus.
    Prior experience developing embedded avionics software.
    Prior project/program engineering and management experience.
