    Job Responsibilities:

    Reporting to the Vice President, Client Services, this person will support senior Business Development team members as well as service client demands with creative problem solving and the swift execution of a variety of administrative tasks.

    Assist with contract negotiations and renewals


    Client data administration:
    Configure and maintain records on clients within the Salesforce CRM system including inputting data, tracking pipelines, fees and creating reports for internal executives
    Adhere to professional standards, including policies, procedures and best practices and professional codes of conduct related to client engagement
    Efficient project management and innovation:
    Confident engaging clients at an executive level, via in-person discussions, phone, or email
    ~Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Bloomberg
    ~ Attained a bachelor's degree or higher with a specialization in business, finance and other relevant disciplines

    Morningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate in-person each week.

    While some positions are available as fully remote, we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis, typically three days each week.
