    We're LumiQ – an audio-first professional education platform for CPAs.

    We help CPAs get their continuing professional development (CPD) hours through engaging podcasts with business leaders (the CFOs of Slack, Shopify, Yelp, Yahoo, TD Bank, and Wealthsimple just to name a few).

    They're tired of dealing with boring webinars, irrelevant content and product experiences that are out-of-date.

    With hundreds of companies signed up, we're at the precipice of launching a global movement that's going to massively change the professional education and podcasting industries.

    Following our recent Series A, we've expanded into the US market and are seeing wonderful early signs of traction.

    Join us as a Special Projects Associate and be the right hand of our CEO, helping him and being an extension of him for everything and anything.

    This role will have a front-row seat building a successful high-growth company clients love.

    Ideal for ambitious individuals at the early stages of their careers, this position could be your stepping stone to becoming a future founder or leader.

    You'll work on a diverse range of projects – from the nuts and bolts of administrative tasks to pivotal strategic support that propels LumiQ forward.

    Whether its researching an international expansion or booking a restaurant, this role has no boundaries and endless possibilities to add value.


    Maximize CEO Effectiveness:

    Act as a dynamic extension of the CEO, whether that means stepping in for projects and meetings to optimize their focus and time, or simply managing their time.

    Attend senior leadership meetings, take detailed notes, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-through on action items.

    Project Management Pro:
    Drive cross-functional projects towards success with your exceptional management skills.

    Some hypothetical examples of tasks this role could be responsible for: international market research, data analysis to support decision making, grant applications, prepping for investor/board meetings, coordinating cross-functional projects, gatekeeping CEOs time, garnering feedback from customers, preparing company communications, etc.

    This role is flexible hybrid but might need to be in the office more than 2 times per week.

    This is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 1-2 times per week.

    Nomad Policy :
    Work from anywhere in the world for up to 4 weeks per year.
