    Description
    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

    As a Customer Care Specialist , you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.


    Job Type:
    Full-time, Permanent
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
    Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    Review open orders, backorders and order maintenance

    Communication & Problem Resolution:

    Answer Company phones and Customer Care telephone queue in a timely manner and responding to email requests from customers/sales team.

    Customer Service, Sales or Marketing experience an asset but not necessary
    Post-Secondary education also an asset (e.g. business/accounting or administrative field)
    Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook
