    Description

    As a Regional Vice President, Mortgage Specialists at BMO, you are a key player in the home financing business outcomes within your region. You'll work closely with local and national senior leadership teams to optimize sales and service strategies. Your role is crucial in helping build a strong team as BMO expands its footprint in the region. Your leadership will guide a team of Mortgage Specialists to grow market share and build sustainable teams, contributing to ambitious goals.

    • Fosters a culture aligned to BMO's purpose, values, and strategy
    • Ensures alignment between values and behavior that promotes diversity and inclusion
    • Leads interdependent teams that collaborate to create value for all stakeholders
    • Attracts, retains, and develops top talent
    • Maximizes growth and profitability of new mortgage business through strategic initiatives
    • Maintains high-touch relationships with high-impact market prospects
    • Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on business decisions
    • Develops an expert understanding of business challenges
    • Leads change management programs
    • Engages with third-party contacts to generate referrals for real estate lending solutions
    • Verifies mortgage approvals for compliance with regulations
    • Provides support and expertise on mortgage and insurance products
    • Ensures adherence to compliance policies and ethical standards
    • Acts in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 9+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field
    • Expert understanding of real estate, mortgage lending, investment, and insurance
    • Knowledge of the competitive marketplace and trends in mortgage sales
    • Strong project and time management skills

      • Compensation and Benefits:

      Salary Range: $98,000 - $182,900.00

      Pay Type:

      Salaried
