Fleet Maintenance and Uptime Coordinator - Langley, Canada - PACIFIC COAST HEAVY TRUCK GROUP
Description
Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group is an established Volvo / Mack Truck dealer operating 9 branch locations across British Columbia.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assess truck health and safety scores and monitor faults on a daily basis.
- Fault code handling this includes setting expectations with fleets, developing action plans for how to best handle the truck based on its current condition, outstanding recalls, and communication with outside service locations.
- Work with Service Advisors to ensure service work flow is maintained from an uptime perspective.
- Educate customers on service expectations.
- Identify gaps within fleets and develop dealer supported solutions to close these gaps.
- Keep uptodate with OEM parts and service releases.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Previous knowledge and experience working in a Service position is required (i.e., someone with a Service Advisor or Technician background).
- Proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service and maintain longterm customer relationships.
- Strong analyzation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, selfmotivated and detailoriented.
