    Position Summary:

    Joining our Retail team, the Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in curating a customer experience that authentically embodies the values of our brand while nurturing lasting client bonds and boosting sales through exceptional service. The ideal candidate is dedicated to customer care, showcasing a profound comprehension of, if not enthusiasm for, the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. The dynamic TUMI retail environment fosters an entrepreneurial mindset, providing prospects for advancement as we collaborate towards enhancing sales, KPI's, cultivating customer awareness, delivering top-tier service, and expanding the brand.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manages and supervises the store's daily operations and sales team's performance, ensuring active promotion and sales of products to guarantee customer satisfaction.
    • Offers superior customer service to all clients; warmly greets and appreciates each customer, forging new customer connections to boost sales and establish brand loyalty.
    • Guarantees exceptional post-sales service for our clients.
    • Achieves monthly sales targets and drives improvements in additional KPI objectives (conversion rate, UPT, and DPT).
    • Supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in training sales associates.
    • Executes store visual merchandising per guidelines and ensures proper upkeep and presentation of all inventory.
