    Description
    Our client is an assurance practice in our office is looking for a Sr. Accounting
    As a senior member of the assurance team, you
    will work closely with the partners and other senior members on leading assurance
    engagements, review & NTR engagements and tax compliance and filings. Deliver quality audits and other services to public and privately owned middle-market
    Oversee staff on pre-audit planning and field work for engagements, reviewing
    client accounting and operating procedures.


    • Assist clients with corporate tax planning, preparation, and compliance, ensuring
    adherence to Canadian tax laws and regulations.


    • Manage the preparation and filing of taxes for individuals and businesses, including
    Perform internal control testing and planning to support an audit opinion, including:
    preparing supporting work paper documentation, conducting analytical reviews of
    account balances and preparing financial statements.


    • identifying opportunities for additional services.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory
    Build relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and
    Public Accounting firm.


    • Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients' business
