Job Summary

The Specialist Business Analysis position at CN involves identifying, analyzing, and validating business needs across the organization, acting as a bridge between various I&T groups and stakeholders. Take charge of planning and managing business analysis activities for projects, maintaining requirements traceability, facilitating workshops, and ensuring seamless cross-project integration.

Main Responsibilities

Plan and execute business analysis activities
Analyze project requirements and maintain traceability
Organize workshops and interviews to gather business needs
Map business processes and roles, and identify opportunities
Elicit and document business requirements
Lead cross-functional collaboration and validate business needs
Coach project team members and share expertise
Contribute to business analysis practice development

Working Conditions

Potential travel within North America might be required for this role.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in project management and Azure Dev Ops/JIRA
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
General problem-solving and analytical skills
