    We are looking for candidates to join our expanding team as call center agents to represent our client TELUS Communications.

    This position offers full-time hours.

    We will provide all the knowledge and training on-site; previous sales or call center experience is an asset, not required.

    Duties and Responsibilities of the

    Call Center Sales Agent:
    Educating customers about the products and services offered by TELUS
    Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services and new promotions
    Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential
    Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in-class customer experience
    Qualifications of the

    Call Center Sales Agent:
    Passionate for customer service and sales
    Ability to Work Full-Time
    ~ Previous customer service/sales/call center experience preferred, not required
    ~18 years of age and older
