    Description

    Position: Customer Success Manager

    As a Customer Success Manager at LifeRaft, you'll play a vital role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring seamless product implementation. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to achieve their goals, identify growth opportunities, and overcome obstacles. Additionally, you'll manage a portfolio of key clients to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction while strategically increasing revenue.

    Responsibilities:

    • Gain deep product knowledge and assist clients in executing their use cases.
    • Build lasting relationships with users and stakeholders to define clear business outcomes.
    • Create new customer growth opportunities through strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer.
    • Autonomously identify and close new business for expansion and renewals.
    • Lead customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
    • Measure and monitor key performance indicators and customer satisfaction.
    • Advocate for customer needs to support product evolution.
    • Assist customers in leveraging the full value of the solution in workshops.
    • Manage a portion of the Company's Total ARR.
    • Monitor and analyze usage trends to uncover renewal risks and drive engagement.
    • Translate product usage data into actionable advice for customers.
    • Maintain CRM with current account information.
    • Foster team collaboration and expertise.

    Requirements:

    • 2-5 Years of Experience in Customer Success.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
    • Demonstrated experience in customer advocacy and engagement.
    • Proactive Problem-Solving and strong leadership skills.
    • Ability to nurture empathetic relationships and technical acumen.
    • Desire to be collaborative, think critically, and work with emotional intelligence.
    • Soft skills in difficult conversations, presenting, and negotiating.
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and consultative approach.
