- Assist customers in leveraging the full value of the solution in workshops.
- Manage a portion of the Company's Total ARR.
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to uncover renewal risks and drive engagement.
- Translate product usage data into actionable advice for customers.
- Maintain CRM with current account information.
- Foster team collaboration and expertise.
- 2-5 Years of Experience in Customer Success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in customer advocacy and engagement.
- Proactive Problem-Solving and strong leadership skills.
- Ability to nurture empathetic relationships and technical acumen.
- Desire to be collaborative, think critically, and work with emotional intelligence.
- Soft skills in difficult conversations, presenting, and negotiating.
