    Description
    We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager Associate in our Toronto, Ontario office.

    This position will be client facing and will provide support in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients.

    This role will primarily operate within a defined team structure towards servicing our clients. This is a full-time hybrid role.
    Establish and manage relationships with existing accounts, including large corporations


    • Work with senior FX account managers to grow and implement new accounts
    • Provide administrative and operational support for all account inquiries
    • Manage client credit with operation and treasury departments
    • Manage client renewals with compliance department
    • Ensure adherence to compliance department's corporate policies and procedures
    Strong customer service skills with a focus on building customer loyalty and retention


    • Comfort with technology and experience with MS Office
