RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Collate and manage data.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and corporate events, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Answers phones, directs calls and responds to inquiries in a courteous, patient manner.
- Interact with clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels, acting as a true ambassador of ABC values.
- Assist with administrative tasks for both Human Resources & Marketing.
- Coordinate projectbased work.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
- Assist in maintaining and clean and inviting office environment.
- Assist with reconciliation of monthly visa statements.
- Provides administrative and project support to other departments as needed.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years' experience in a busy office environment providing support at a high level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.)
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Works well in team and individual based environment.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting across multiple levels of the organization and liaise with other departments, personnel and external business entities.
- Strong time management skills.
- Wellorganized, detailoriented, and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive problemsolving skills.
