CAA Club Group (CCG) is known for providing stellar emergency roadside assistance to our motoring Members and non-Members.Review and approve incoming vendor estimates to ensure quality and technical competence.
Providing Scope review and seek clarity from the vendor on estimates, negotiate costs with vendors/contractors.
Provide dispute-resolution services on estimate reviews relative to the CAA member, vendors and the Insurance company.
Provide advice to Property adjusters when exceptions are encountered.
Participate in the industry events and various special projects for the benefit of the claims department as identified from time-to-time.
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in building construction as a project manager or as a senior property adjuster with an insurance carrierWorking knowledge of XACTANALYSIS platform and XACTIMATE software.
Familiarity with the building code and hazardous material exposure management.
IICRC Fire and Water restoration certification would be an asset.
Advanced technical knowledge of property damage analysis.
